Graduate Mastery is dedicated to supporting academics, students, and researchers in achieving their writing and research goals. Whether you're working on a thesis, dissertation, research article, or other academic project, we provide personalised coaching and guidance to help you succeed. Our mission is to simplify the academic writing process and empower you with the tools and strategies to excel.
The first step is a free virtual consultation meeting, which can be booked via our contact page.
In this no-obligation meeting of 30 to 40 minutes, we get to know each other and look to understand your goals and your project.
Once we understand the scope of your project, we’ll suggest the best ways we can assist and support you.
All our meetings and coaching sessions are virtual using our fully private video conferencing platform that can be accessed in a browser. No complicated software is required.
Where possible, we provide everything that is needed to meet and collaborate.
We recognise that each student, researcher and academic writer is different, and has different needs and different areas of focus.
For this reason, our services are tailored to your individual needs and your project scope, and we don't have any standard pricing. Pricing and costs are quoted on a per-project basis.
All coaching sessions are conducted in English or Afrikaans. We also give advice and coaching on the writing of a wide range of academic documents in these two languages.
If you are writing and publishing in another language, we are still able to help you by answering your questions and providing advice in English. However, we will be unable to assist with writing reviews and proofreading.
Most of our clients are adult learners, balancing the demands of a career, family, and a demanding academic programme.
We work with honours-level, master's, and doctoral-level students from across the globe. This includes, but is not limited to North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South East Asia.
We can assist with research projects across a wide range of specialities and are not limited to working with a particular field of study.
